Consultech makes it is easy 24/7 for its clients and client’s employees to respond to EMPLOYMENT AND WAGE VERIFCIATION INQUIRIES. This ComputerSoft software application is seamless and requires no administrative time on the part of our clients. There is a nominal fee for government inquiries but fees generated from private sources such as banks and mortgage companies are paid by these institutions so there is no cost to our clients in this regard.

DATA TRANSFER: The electronic transfer is made easy. Data can be loaded via fixed length ASCII data file or XML format. After the initial transfer downloading occurs updated data is provided once a week.

INQUIRY OF DATA: Can be done by phone or website with secured PIN.

RESPONSE ITEMS: Social Security Number, Employment Start Date, End Date (if appropriate), Job Title, Annual Salary, daily rate or hourly rate etc., YTD income for current year and each of two prior years, if requested.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Quarterly Reports are provided to client detailing number of inquires placed by phone and online by client employees. Report would also include names of verifying organization when available.
